Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court docket records, but Lehigh County records are split by court level and division. The Court of Common Pleas handles major civil, criminal, family, juvenile, and Orphans' Court matters. Magisterial District Courts handle many traffic citations, landlord-tenant cases, small claims, summary offenses, preliminary arraignments, and preliminary hearings. The Prothonotary handles civil filing records, the Clerk of Courts handles criminal filing records, and the Register of Wills / Orphans' Court handles estates, wills, marriage licenses, and guardianship-related records.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
